Revenge is a dish best served iced cold, especially when the opportunity presents itself. Although The Lord says that vengence is his. The urge to exact your own personal brand of payback can be extremely difficult to resist.
A Seattle dad signing up his kid to play football beat up the coach last week after realizing that he was one of the men who had shot him during an incident years before.
Both the victim and suspect had fled the scene by the time police arrived around 7 p.m. on Aug. 27 at the Southwest Athletic Complex near Chief Sealth High School.
But witnesses said some 15 punches were thrown after the suspect, unnamed by police, recognized the coach.
“Hey, you’re the dude that shot me!” the suspect said.
“Ya, I shot you!” the coach brazenly replied, police said.
The suspect then attacked and beat the coach like he stoled something in front of several witnesses until the man was “unresponsive,” according to police.
Several parents broke up the brawl and threatened to call 911. The suspect began to flee toward his car, yelling, “I’m going to come back and shoot the whole place up!” police said.
The man took off and at some point, the victim fled too, police say in a redacted police report.
Witnesses helped police identify the suspect and victim, and a search of the police database found that the suspect had been shot by an unknown man in 2010.

"To me belongeth vengeance and recompense" says God in Deuteronomy 32:35 (KJV). Of course, we sinners-would-be-Christian mortals realize that the Bible is not easy to follow. However, the ideal would have been for the shooting victim to calmly call the police--hopefully the police would have still had an open case. Unfortunately, the police are now looking for BOTH of them. And the beat goes on. . .
