Just When You Thought You Heard It All News (8-1-2015)

In Mahwah, NJ, one of two men suspected of making off with a bag containing $150,000 in cash that was mistakenly left behind by ATM workers bought an SUV with the money hours later, police said......................

GENIUS!!! Because he desperately needs an SUV!

Alton Harvey, 42, of Hillside, was arrested Wednesday after police traced a white van that was captured on surveillance video pulling up to the bag of cash that the ATM employees forgot outside a business in Mahwah, in northern New Jersey, on Monday. The video showed a passenger in the van grabbing the bag.

Police said the van was seen in another video pulling into a nearby auto repair business and stealing used tires.

After finding the van in Irvington, police arrested Harvey.

Harvey said he was driving the van and told detectives that a Chevrolet Tahoe was purchased with cash from the bag soon after it was grabbed, Police Chief James Batelli said in a news release.

The SUV, which has a starting sticker price of $46,000, was parked near the van. Well, almost he didn't spend all of the money. He was smart enough to hold on to $104,000.

Detectives identified the passenger as Jamar Bludson, 35, of Newark. Police issued a warrant for Bludson, who also is wanted for a probation violation, Batelli said.

Harvey was held on $125,000 bail, charged with theft of mislaid property. It was not known if he has a lawyer who can comment on the charge.

Investigators determined the ATM workers were not involved in the theft, the chief said.

SIDE BAR: YES!! He's not Black!

Chicken and beer make for a bad burglary. Especially if you decide to have some during the burglary!!

A Florida family tells police they came home to chicken bones and empty beer bottles scattered across their kitchen floor and a would-be robber passed out on their couch.

The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office reports that deputies found 22-year-old Jacob Miller still asleep when they responded Monday to the Lake Worth home in South Florida.

I guess that's what happens when you drink too much Colt 45!

After taking Miller into custody, deputies found numerous items of jewelry on the man that belonged to the family.

Miller told deputies he went into the home because he needed a place to stay but refused to answer any other questions.

Miller was charged with burglary and theft. Records also showed an open warrant in Texas for burglary.

SIDE BAR:.....That face!

In Rochester New York, things may be getting touchy for a super freak/teacher in Beaver County, Pennsylvania, because of a photo allegedly showing two female students touching her breasts.

The photo posted to Instagram shows Amy Douglas a science and chemistry teacher for the Rochester Area School District, making a goofy face as two hands paw at her chest.

The photo was taken in May, around the time the district held its annual prom, which was organized and chaperones by Douglas, KDKA TV reports.

The original photo caption read,Everyone be jealous we got to touch Douglas boobs!"

Apparantly nobody taught these children how to write a good sentence!

The photo's been deleted from Instagram and BeaverCountian.com said it cropped out the faces of the students in the picture.

The students foundling Douglas were seniors at the time who've since graduated.

Officials with the Rochester Area School District told reporters they are aware of the photo and are investigating.
